If you are looking for a place where Jesus Christ is the center of life together then on behalf of the Hope family, I would like to extend a warm invitation for you to join us as we seek to be the Church, discovering and celebrating the joy of life in Christ.
We invite you to join us for worship on Sunday mornings at 9:30am with Christian Education at 11am.
God is doing something special at HCC. Why not be a part?
We look forward to seeing you.

A Word of Hope
The month of love is upon us; but what is love? Is it cupids and chocolates? Is it candy message hearts? God’s love is so much more than these things.
How does the Bible describe God's love?
1. God's love is forgiving:
‘I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.’ (Luke 15:7)
God seeks sinners out, He doesn’t wait for them to clean up and come to Him. God should just let us die in our sin, but His love compels Him to seek us out.
2. God's love is eternal:
‘For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.’ (Romans 8:38-39)
It is impossible to be separated from Christ. Nothing can stop Christ's constant presence with us. God tells us how great His love is so that we will feel totally secure in Him.
3. God's love is sacrificial:
‘For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.’ (John 3:16)
Here God sets the pattern of true love, the basis for all love relationships -- when you love someone dearly, you are willing to pay dearly for that person's responsive love. God paid dearly with the life of His Son, the highest price He could pay.
4. God's love is never-ending:
‘Give thanks to the LORD, for He is good. His love endures forever.’ (Psalm 136:1)
Repeated throughout this psalm is the phrase, ‘His faithful love endures forever.’ We never have to worry that God will run out of love, because it flows from a well that will never run dry.
This is the love we wish for you not just in the ‘love month’ but all 365 days of the year!

‘Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.’ (Matthew 5:16)
This year, we would like to see HCC participate in or sponsor one service oriented ‘activity’ every month of this year (12 in ‘12).
If you have ideas for other service projects, speak to Pastor, the elders or the missions committee.
